Halpern Enterprises moving forward on Union Grove Crossroads shopping center, located 30 miles south of Atlanta in McDonough.
As reported in the Henry Herald on March 29, 2018, Steve West, Halpern’s vice president of acquisitions and development said, “We are excited about this new development and are anxious to begin the vertical buildings simultaneously with Kroger’s construction of their store building.”
Located at the intersection of High 155 and East Lake Parkway, adjacent to East Lake Elementary and Union Grove Middle School and High School, the 32-acre retail center will feature inline shop space, four outparcels and a proposed Kroger fuel center.
