Congresswoman Nikema Williams and APS Superintendent Dr. Lisa Herring helped distribute food at Hightower Station's APS Saturday Pop-Up site. Halpern is partnering with APS to provide meal-kits to the community every Saturday through June at Hightower Station.

Halpern hosted a food giving and resource event at its Pinetree Plaza shopping center with We Love BuHi to provide boxes of fresh foods, supplies and services to community members struggling as a result of the pandemic.

Halpern's Hero’s reunited for Sandy Springs Education Force's 7th Annual SSEF Footprints for the Future virtual race, winning the award for largest team, while helping to raise money for programming and services that support disadvantaged public school students.

Georgia Legal Food Frenzy Fundraising Competition

Led by our in-house legal team, Halpern joined the Georgia Legal Food Frenzy fundraiser, which brought together more than 200 firms, organizations and 17,000 employees to raise $852,090 - the equivalent of 3.3 million meals for children and families in Georgia.

Benjamin Halpern congratulates the 2019 Halpern Scholarship recipients:  Ahmani Mohammed from Frederick Douglass High School, and Akiem Williams from Benjamin E. Mays High School. Annually, two $2,500 awards are presented to qualifying seniors to help with first year's tuition and books.

Together with the Fulton County District Attorney’s office, Terri’s Café, Wayfield Foods, The Launch Pad Foundation, Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. Merchants Association, City of Atlanta Police, and a group of sponsors and volunteers, we provided hot meals and groceries to 250 community members.

We teamed up with Dashboard and We Love BuHi to host the BuHi Lights art exhibit at our Pinetree Plaza shopping center. The installation kicked off with a community event featuring activities from Soccer in the Streets, Alliance Theatre, Latin American Association and Children’s Museum of Atlanta.

What a beautiful fall day for a run! Team Halpern ran/walked for a cause at the 5th Annual Footprints for the Future 10k/5k road race supporting the Sandy Springs Education Force. SSEF sponsors programs to help disadvantaged public school students excel academically through high school and onto college.

CRE for AYA Softball Tournament

In memory of our former colleague, Brian Waronker, Halpern’s fielded a team to play in the first annual CRE For AYA charity softball tournament. Eight commercial real estate companies came together to raise $20,000 for Atlanta Youth Academy, an inner-city school providing high-level education to low-income families.
