Halpern Promotes Property Management & Development Professionals

Halpern Enterprises, Inc. has elevated Chris Hoffmeister to Vice President of Operations, responsible for driving the overall performance of all Halpern-owned and managed properties, including overseeing and assisting property management, maintenance, lease administration and accounts receivable. He succeeds Glenn Caracappa, who served as Vice President of Operations for 35 years. The firm has also promoted Brad Oppenheimer and Caleb Adams to Development Director, responsible for delivering net lease and build-to-suit real estate solutions for single and multi-tenant projects.

Chris was an office broker associate at Colliers before joining Halpern as a regional property manager in 2017, He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Brad joined Halpern in 2013 as a regional property manager before serving as a development manager for six years. Previously, he was an associate at Salomon Real Estate Group. He received a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban analysis from Ohio State University.

Caleb provided site selection and tenant representation services at Westbrook Real Estate and operated his firm, C.A.R.E. Consulting, before joining Halpern in 2021. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of West Georgia.
