Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces Mustard Seed Chiropractic has relocated and expanded to Belmont Physicians Center, opening a new 2,832-square-foot clinic and bringing the medical office building to 100% occupancy. Developed by Halpern in 2017, Belmont Physicians Center is a Class A, 30,633-square-foot medical office building at 1060 Windy Hill Road in Smyrna.
“Belmont Physicians Center not only gives Mustard Seed more space but also a dynamic mixed-use environment with retail, dining, and service amenities for the convenience and enjoyment of both their team members and patients,” said Halpern Leasing Director John Brozovic.
Family-owned and operated by Drs. JaGerran and Jessica Knight-Bryant, Mustard Seed offers full-service chiropractic care, including personal injury, pediatric, pregnancy, and non-surgical spinal decompression.
“We’re excited to start our next chapter at Belmont Physicians Center,” said Dr. JaGerran Knight-Bryant. “We love Smyrna and look forward to delivering excellent chiropractic to our community in our new expanded clinic that enables us to offer an even better experience to our patients.
Since opening in 2022 with a 900-square-foot space in East Cobb, Mustard Seed quickly expanded to more than 250 patients per week, outgrowing its space in less than two years.
“As a Smyrna resident, I’m excited to serve my surrounding neighbors and families with customized family chiropractic care,” said Dr. Jessica Knight-Bryant.
Belmont Physicians Center is within the 48-acre Belmont mixed-use development that includes residential, retail, and educational components. Emory Healthcare anchors the two-story medical office building, which provides for co-tenants Smyrna Pediatric Dentistry, JLM Dental Studio, and Cobb Pediatric Associates. The property is located at the prominent intersection of Windy Hill and Atlanta Roads in Smyrna, one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing suburbs.
