Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has completed a build-to-suit development project for Starbucks at 321 N Hwy 49 North in Byron, Georgia, minutes from Robins Air Force Base. Halpern Development Managers Brad Oppenheimer and Caleb Adams partnered with Director of Construction Cary Halpern to build the 2,600-square-foot coffee house just off I-75 on Highway 49. Halpern leased the property to Starbucks on a 10-year term.
“We’re proud to be a go-to development partner and landlord for Starbucks, having delivered multiple build-to-suit projects over the past several years,” said Oppenheimer. “We’re confident in the success of this location along Byron’s prime retail corridor.”
Halpern’s recently completed three build-to-suit developments on behalf of The Learning Experience: a 10,000-square-foot building just west of Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Belmont, North Carolina; an 11,200-square-foot retrofit of a former Rite Aid at 11855 Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia; and a 10,000-square-foot ground-up build at 748 Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
Halpern combines thorough market knowledge with site selection, financial feasibility and development expertise to offer creative, flexible real estate solutions. The team delivers build-to-suit and net lease projects for world-leading brands, including Starbucks, Taco Bell, CVS, ALDI, Culver’s, Chili’s, Wendy’s, Dunkin’, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Moe’s and T-Mobile.
