Halpern Enterprises has completed a 10,000-square-foot, build-to-suit development on behalf of The Learning Experience at 748 Herlong Ave. in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Halpern Associate Brad Oppenheimer and Director of Construction Cary Halpern led planning, construction and delivery of the project.
“The pandemic presented challenges during construction that we were able to successfully navigate to deliver the building on schedule,” said Oppenheimer. “We enjoyed working with The Learning Experience and helping the company expand its footprint in the Southeast.”
Founded in 2002, The Learning Experience is a fast-growing early education academy and franchise with more than 400 locations across the U.S.
Halpern has several build-to-suit projects in development, including an additional The Learning Experience center in Johns Creek, Georgia. The team recently completed development of Aspen Dental, Moe’s and T-Mobile in Phenix City, Alabama and Rack Room Shoes and Stanton Optical in Greer, South Carolina.
