Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has signed a 7,700-square-foot lease with Redline Athletics at Franklin Centre in Lenoir City, Tennessee. The transaction brings the 31,400-square-foot neighborhood shopping center to 100% leased.
Redline Athletics operates 50 athletic training centers for youth and adults across the United States. Founded in 2010, the fitness company offers a range of programs, from team training and private lessons to adult workouts and professionally coached sports development.
“Fitness is a thriving industry, and we’re excited to bring an experienced, growing fitness brand to the Lenoir City community,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Benjamin Halpern, who negotiated the lease with Redline.
Shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Franklin Centre features a host of national tenants, including Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, The UPS Store and Shoe Show. The shopping center is conveniently located on US-321, less than 1 mile from the I-75 interchange and across from The Home Depot, Food City and Starbucks, among others.
