Build-to-Suit Team Delivers Second Project for The Learning Experience

Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has completed a second Build-to-Suit development project on behalf of The Learning Experience (TLE). Halpern Associate Brad Oppenheimer and Director of Construction Cary Halpern retrofitted a former Rite Aid at 11855 Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia for the new 11,200-square-foot early education center.

“We are proud to be The Learning Experience’s development partner and support the organization’s expansion goals,” said Oppenheimer.

In March, Halpern completed a 10,000-square-foot, build-to-suit development on behalf of TLE at 748 Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Halpern is focused on growing its build-to-suit division and has several prime sites available for net-lease development projects.

The firm delivers Build-to-Suit projects for some of the world’s most recognizable retail and restaurant brands, including Starbucks, CVS, ALDI, Culver’s, Chili’s, Wendy’s, Dunkin’ Donuts, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Moe’s, and T-Mobile. The Halpern team combines thorough market knowledge with site selection, financial feasibility, and development expertise to offer creative, flexible real estate solutions that achieve superior results.
