Halpern Enterprises, Inc., announces the completion of a build-to-suit development project for The Learning Experience (TLE) at 1040 McKee Farm Lane in Belmont, North Carolina. Halpern Development Managers Brad Oppenheimer and Caleb Adams partnered with Director of Construction Cary Halpern to build the 10,000-square-foot early childhood education and care center just west of Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

In 2021, Halpern completed two build-to-suit developments on behalf of TLE: an 11,200-square-foot retrofit of a former Rite Aid at 11855 Jones Bridge Road in Alpharetta, Georgia, and a 10,000-square-foot ground-up build at 748 Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
