Chain Store Age named Halpern Enterprises one the fastest-growing developers in the nation in its annual development survey. This award marks Halpern’s debut on the Chain Store Age list, which showcases “notable projects by developers who continue to push the envelope.”
The publication recognized Halpern for its new projects in 2016, in particular its Dawson Crossroads shopping center, a Publix-anchored center featuring nearly 100,000 sq. ft. of retail and restaurant space.
Other winners include Simon Property Group, CBL & Associates Properties, and Regency Centers.
