ALDI has opened at Phenix City Marketplace, located at 3670 Marketplace Drive in Phenix City.

The German-based, discount grocery store opened at Phenix City Marketplace on Friday, April 17, 2020, joining a new Culver’s that opened at the property last December. Caliber Car Wash is currently under construction, and expected to be completed by this summer.
Developed by Halpern’s build-to-suit team, Phenix City Marketplace is adjacent to Chick-fil-A, Verizon, McDonald’s, Precision Auto Tune and Waffle House. The property sits across US-280 from Walmart Supercenter and next to Encompass Health’s Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. The prime location has up to ±4.0 acres remaining for development.
