Dawson Crossroads shopping center will soon welcome the first Crave Hot Dogs & Barbecue restaurant in Georgia. Totaling 98,400 square feet, Dawson Crossroads is located on 4130 Dawson Forest Road, at the intersection of GA-400 and Dawson Road, across from North Georgia Premium Outlets.
A concept created in 2018 by franchise industry veterans, Salvatore and Samantha Rincione, Crave will serve smoked brisket and chicken, and grilled 100 percent all beef hot dogs and bratwursts with toppings such as chili, beer cheese and coleslaw.
“We have been in the franchise industry for years, and wanted to create something that was unique and different,” said Samantha Rincione. “It’s a simple operation with delicious food.”
Crave will feature a self-serve beer wall, allowing patrons to dispense beer, wine and cider themselves. The restaurant is expected to open at Dawson Crossroads this fall.
Developed by Halpern Enterprises in 2016, Dawson Crossroads is anchored by Publix and includes national retailers PetSmart, AT&T, Aspen Dental, Great Clips, Great American Cookies & Marble Slab Creamery and The Joint Chiropractic.
