Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces that Scott Jackson has joined the firm as Acquisitions Manager. Jackson will drive Halpern’s growth objectives by identifying strategic expansion opportunities across the Southeast.

As we explore new opportunities, Scott’s expertise will help ensure each acquisition aligns with our strategy of growing the size and quality of our portfolio,” said Halpern President Matthew Oppenheimer.
Jackson joins Halpern from RCG Ventures, where he served as an acquisitions associate responsible for evaluating and underwriting acquisition opportunities. Previously, he spent six years as a finance/research manager at Bull Realty, specializing in creating cash flow projections and conducting sensitivity analyses. Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia.

Halpern Enterprises seeks stabilized and value-add neighborhood, community and power centers in high-density trade areas that offer optimization through expansion, redevelopment or lease-up. In August 2022, the firm expanded to Birmingham by purchasing Inverness Plaza, a 74,719-square-foot shopping center at Highway 280 and Valleydale Road.
