O’Reilly Auto Parts to Anchor Sugar Hill Station

O’Reilly Auto Parts has signed a 33,750-square-foot lease to anchor Sugar Hill Station at 4450 Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE in Sugar Hill, Georgia.

Major tenants at the property include Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s, Liberty Tax Service, Enterprise, Boost Mobile and Georgia Institute of Cosmetology.

Sugar Hill Station is located at the busy intersection of GA-20 and Buford Highway, minutes from I-985 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The center is 2 miles from Mall of Georgia and 5 miles from Lake Lanier.
