Ollie’s Bargain Outlet signed a 25,000-square-foot lease to co-anchor Sugar Hill Station at 4450 Nelson Brogdon Boulevard NE in Sugar Hill, Georgia, alongside O’Reilly Auto Parts and Beauty Now supply store. Ollie’s is expected to open at the 144,425-square-foot neighborhood shopping center in the summer of 2025.
“Sugar Hill Station is a vibrant, well-located retail center in northern Gwinnett County, providing Ollie’s with a robust customer base,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Benjamin Halpern.
Founded in 1982 in Pennsylvania, Ollie’s operates over 540 stores in 31 states, including 35 in Georgia. The close-out retailer offers a variety of merchandise, including housewares, health and beauty, toys and entertainment, and more at reduced costs.
Halpern Enterprises has owned, leased, and managed Sugar Hill Station for over 30 years. The retail center is 96% occupied with major tenants Dunkin Donuts, Papa John’s, Liberty Tax Service, Enterprise, Boost Mobile, and Georgia Institute of Cosmetology.
Sugar Hill Station is located at the busy intersection of GA-20 and Buford Highway, minutes from I-985 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The center is 2 miles from the Mall of Georgia and 5 miles from Lake Lanier.
