Not As Famous Cookie’s first brick-and-mortar store has opened at The Shops at Belmont in Smyrna.
The bakeshop, which started as a food truck in 2015, uses owner Ashley Carlton’s family recipe to whip up classic cookies, like chocolate chip and oatmeal, signature flavors, such as apple crisp and birthday cake, along with ice cream floats, cookie shakes and cakes.
The Shops at Belmont features an assortment of restaurants and specialty service providers – the mixed-use district includes 400 Belmont apartments, Smyrna Elementary School, David Weekley homes and Belmont Physicians Center.
