Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has executed an 8,514-square-foot lease with Ulta Beauty at Indian Hills, a 128,730-square-foot retail center at 429 Hwy 53 East in Calhoun, Georgia. Halpern signed a lease with Marshalls last November to open a 23,000-square-foot store at the plaza, which is situated northwest of Atlanta. Currently 98% leased, Indian Hills has one 2,400-square-foot shop space remaining for lease.
“We’re pleased to bring another leading retailer to Indian Hills and enhance the tenant mix,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Dan Gagne. “Ulta joins nationally recognized brands to provide a dynamic and convenient shopping experience to the community.”
Co-anchored by Tractor Supply Co. and Ross, Indian Hills features national brands Five Below, Mattress Firm, Hibbett Sports, GNC, PT Solutions, Cato and The UPS Store. Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, and Captain D’s are located on separately owned outparcels at the front of the property. The shopping center is a half mile from I-75, in the heart of Calhoun’s dense retail corridor, surrounded by numerous national restaurants and retailers.
