Ms. Ruby’s Peach Cobbler Café has opened at The Shops at Belmont in Smyrna, Georgia. Occupying 2,100 square feet, this is the soul food eatery’s third location in metro Atlanta.
“The Shops at Belmont is an ideal setting for Ms. Ruby’s Peach Cobbler Café’s distinctive meat-and-three southern food concept,” said Halpern Leasing Director John Brozovic. “We’re excited for the restaurant to become a long-standing member of the Belmont neighborhood.”
Helmed by restauranter Alre Alston, Ms. Ruby’s Peach Cobbler Café specializes in scratch-made southern comfort food and “world-famous” peach cobbler. The brand debuted at 2221 Peachtree Road in Buckhead in January 2021, followed by a second opening in Fayetteville in July 2022.
Developed by Halpern in 2016, The Shops at Belmont is 100% leased to a variety of restaurants, service and retail tenants, including Pho 24 Noodle House & Grill, J. Christopher’s, Your Pie, F45 Training, VeterinaryCare at Belmont and Chassé Dance Company. The mixed-use district also features 400 Belmont apartments, Smyrna Elementary School, Village of Belmont by David Weekley Homes and Belmont Physicians Center.
