Moe's opens at Griffin Crossroads

Moe’s Southwest Grill has opened at Griffin Crossroads, a 108,500-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 1459 North Expressway in Griffin, Georgia.

“Moe’s fills a void in the north Griffin market for quick service southwestern food that has been missing for quite some time,” said Regional Leasing Director Dan Gagne. “We’re thrilled the restaurant chose to bring its unique brand to Griffin Crossroads shopping center and we look forward to a long-lasting partnership.”

Built by Halpern in 2001, Griffin Crossroads is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and includes Marshall’s, PetSense, Hibbett Sports, rue21 and Great Clips, among other local, regional and national tenants. The center is strategically located at the focal point of the community’s retail district – the busy intersection of GA-92 and US Hwy 19/41 – and across from Halpern-owned North Griffin Square, home to Belk, Bealls and Big Lots.

Halpern also owns, leases and manages Crossroads Business Park, a 33,475-square-foot shopping center adjacent to North Griffin Square that features Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center and Chick-fil-A Catering and Training Center, and Spalding Square, anchored by Roses.
