Maurices Opens at Carrollton Crossroads

Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces Maurices® has opened a 6,000-square-foot clothing store at Carrollton Crossroads shopping center at 1301 South Park Street in Carrollton, Georgia. This is the fashion brand’s seventh Georgia location.  

Anchored by Kroger, Carrollton Crossroads is a 343,838-square-foot neighborhood retail center featuring an industry-leading tenant mix, including TJ Maxx, Hobby Lobby, Ross and Staples. Popular outparcels include Olive Garden, Hardee’s and Truist Bank.

“Maurices is the perfect complement to Carrollton Crossroads’ thriving line-up of retailers, restaurants and service providers,” said Halpern Leasing Director Dan Gagne.

Headquartered in Duluth, Minnesota, Maurices launched its first store in 1931. Known for offering affordable styles and inclusive sizing for women and girls, the clothing brand now operates nearly 900 locations across the U.S. and Canada.
