Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has completed a 23,000-square-foot lease with Marshalls at Indian Hills, a 128,730-square-foot shopping center northwest of Atlanta at 429 Hwy 53 East in Calhoun, Georgia. Since acquiring Indian Hills in 2019, Halpern has brought Ross, Five Below, Mattress Firm and The UPS Store to the center.
“Marshalls provides a perfect complement to the tenants at Indian Hills and enhances the center’s convenience to customers by giving them more shopping, service, and dining options in one place,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director John Brozovic.
Co-anchored by Tractor Supply Co. and Ross, Indian Hills features national brands Five Below, Mattress Firm, Hibbett Sports, GNC, PT Solutions, Cato and The UPS Store. Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, and Captain D’s are located on separately owned outparcels at the front of the property. Indian Hills is a half mile from I-75, in the heart of Calhoun’s dense retail corridor, surrounded by numerous national restaurants and retailers.
COUNCIL Real Estate’s Sarah Williams and Taylor Dozier represented the tenant in the transaction.
