ATLANTA (October 3, 2018) – Halpern Enterprises, Inc. today announces it has acquired Shoppes at Trickum, located at 12184 Hwy 92 in Woodstock. The 49,900-square-foot retail center, shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter, traded for an undisclosed price.

Shoppes at Trickum was 94 percent occupied at the time of sale. Surrounded by a dense residential population, the property is positioned along Hwy 92, a high-traffic retail corridor, and major transportation artery connecting to I-575, Roswell, Alpharetta and Kennesaw.
Developed in 2004, Shoppes at Trickum consists of 16 tenant spaces and features national retailers Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, H&R Block, Sport Clips, GameStop and Cricket Wireless, in addition to regional and community brands.
