Halpern Enterprises’ newly constructed retail center, Phenix City Station, located on US-280, is complete. The 7,000-square-foot property totals three tenants: Aspen Dental, opened July 2, 2018, T-Mobile, opened October 31, 2018, and forthcoming Moe’s Southwest Grill, scheduled to open during first quarter 2019.
“Phenix City is an active market we want to be in,” said Halpern’s Marc Kirchhoff, vice president, build-to-suit. “The opportunity to build along US-280 and bring these three national retailers to the area was a winning combination.”
Developed by Halpern’s build-to-suit team, Phenix City Station is situated in front of Walmart Supercenter and adjacent to Regional Rehabilitation Hospital. Halpern recently broke ground on the future Phenix Marketplace retail center, located on US-280, across from Phenix City Station. Planned tenants for the development include a national discount grocery chain and a fast casual hamburger restaurant.
