Halpern Enterprises announces the opening of two new retail stores at Piedmont Marketplace, located at 1326 W. Wade Hampton Blvd., in Greer, S.C. Five Below opened on May 29, 2018 and Ulta Beauty on June 22, 2018. Halpern’s redevelopment of the 131,000-square-foot, Kohl’s-anchored shopping center is nearly complete. Ross is scheduled to open in September, bringing the center to 100 percent occupancy.
“We’ve been looking forward to having these popular national brands open alongside Kohl’s and Ross,” said Halpern Leasing Director Dan Gagne. “Five Below and Ulta enhance Piedmont’s appeal and offer products and services that complement the big box stores.”
Piedmont Marketplace is in the final stages of a $9.5 million renovation that included rebuilding the Five Below and Ulta spaces and retrofitting a former grocery store for Ross.
The property features a signalized main entrance and is located near the heavily-trafficked intersection of Wade Hampton Blvd. and South Buncombe Road, adjacent to Lowe’s, The Home Depot, QuikTrip and other regional and national retailers.
Kohl’s, the center’s largest tenant, occupies 66,970 square feet followed by Ross with 21,894 square feet and Tractor Supply with 21,566. The site has a 10,000-square-foot outparcel for lease, sale or build-to-suit and a 7,000-square-foot expansion area available.
