Culver’s, located at Halpern’s Phenix City Marketplace development in Phenix City, Ala., opened today with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This is the restaurant’s first location in the area. Culver’s is also the first opening at the development.
Phenix City Marketplace is a 6.47-acre build-to-suit project that will soon welcome an ALDI grocery store and Caliber Car Wash. The ideally located property sits adjacent to Encompass Health, McDonald’s, Verizon, Chick-fil-A, Precision Tune, Goodwill and Waffle House.
