Chili’s has opened its new 4,000 SF restaurant at Piedmont Marketplace shopping center in Greer, South Carolina.
The restaurant’s opening follows last year’s completion of two Halpern build-to-suit projects for Rack Room Shoes and Stanton Optical. Neighboring Ross on the east end of the center, Rack Room Shoes occupies 6,000 SF, while Stanton Optical’s 2,500 SF eyecare center is located on an outparcel at the front of the property.
Fronting W. Wade Hampton Blvd., Piedmont Marketplace is a recently redeveloped 64,564 SF neighborhood shopping center shadow-anchored by Kohl’s and 100% leased by Ross, Ulta Beauty, Five Below and Tractor Supply. Halpern completed a $9.5 million renovation of the center in 2018, which included rebuilding the Five Below and Ulta spaces and retrofitting a former grocery store for Ross.
