Caleb Adams has joined Halpern’s development department as a Build-to-Suit Associate. Adams will partner with Associate Brad Oppenheimer to deliver development projects for retail and restaurant brands across the southeast.
“Caleb brings valuable experience working closely with companies to understand their goals and execute development projects that meet their objectives,” said Halpern President Bill Brown. “By expanding our Build-to-Suit team, we’re able to provide a higher level of service and greater depth of resources.”
Prior to joining Halpern, Adams provided site selection and tenant representation services at Westbrook Real Estate before forming his own firm, C.A.R.E. Consulting. Adams specializes in site selection, transaction negotiations and cultivating relationships with tenants. Adams received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from the University of West Georgia.
By combining thorough market knowledge with expertise in site selection, financial feasibility and development, Halpern has delivered Build-to-Suit projects for some of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Starbucks, ALDI, Culver’s, Chili’s, AT&T, Chipotle and Applebee’s. Most recently, the team has completed projects for The Learning Experience in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Starbucks in Carrollton, Georgia, and Aspen Dental, Moe’s and T-Mobile in Phenix City, Alabama.
