Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces national off-price retailer Burlington Stores, Inc. has opened a 20,000-square-foot retail location at North Griffin Square, a 237,094-square-foot shopping center at 1617 North Expressway in Griffin, Georgia. Burlington anchors the center along with Belk, Bealls and Big Lots.
Halpern Enterprises recently completed an exterior improvement program at the property that included modernizing building facades, raising parapets to increase tenant visibility and adding landscaping enhancements to the parking lot.
North Griffin Square is located at the busy intersection of GA-92 and US Hwy 19/41, 1 mile from Southern Crescent Technical College and minutes from downtown Griffin. The 97% leased center has become a well-established retail destination with a wide variety of regional and national tenants, including PetSmart, T-Mobile, Little Caesars, Longhorn and Starbucks.
