Ulta has opened a new 8,500-square-foot store at Indian Hills, located at 429 Hwy 53 East in Calhoun, Georgia. The beauty store is joining a forthcoming 23,000-square-foot Marshalls at the 128,730-square-foot retail center situated northwest of Atlanta. Since acquiring Indian Hills in 2019, Halpern has brought in Ross, Five Below, Mattress Firm, and The UPS Store to the center.
Indian Hills is co-anchored by Tractor Supply Co. and Ross. The center features national brands like Hibbett Sports, GNC, PT Solutions, and Cato. Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, and Captain D’s are located on separately owned outparcels at the front of the property.
The fully leased shopping center is a half mile from I-75, situated in the center of Calhoun’s busy retail corridor, surrounded by numerous national restaurants and retailers.
