As Development Manager, Brad specializes in site acquisitions and tenant relationships for net-lease development projects. In this role, Brad underwrites potential build-to-suit opportunities, collaborating with the development team from concept to store-opening, to determine successful and punctual execution of each project.
Brad joined Halpern as regional property manager. Prior to that, he was an associate at Salomon Real Estate Group, where he focused on site identification and acquisitions, and a tenant’s agent at Skilken Real Estate.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from Ohio State University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
