Resurgens Orthopaedics Opens New Medical Office at Griffin Crossroads

Resurgens Orthopaedics has expanded into Griffin, Georgia, with a new 4,900-square-foot medical office at Griffin Crossroads, a 108,500-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at 1459 N. Expressway.

“Griffin Crossroads is strategically situated at the center of the community’s retail district, offering excellent visibility, access, and convenience for the tenant and their patients,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Dan Gagne, who negotiated the lease with Resurgens.

Ranked among the top physician practices in Georgia, Resurgens provides orthopedic, rehabilitation, imaging, and surgical services at more than 20 metro Atlanta locations. The new Griffin office, which opened on December 8, 2025, combines orthopedics and rehab care in one place.

Built by Halpern in 2001, Griffin Crossroads is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and includes Marshall’s, PetSense, Hibbett Sports and Great Clips, among other local, regional and national tenants. The center is strategically located at the busy intersection of GA-92 and US Hwy 19/4, across from Halpern-owned North Griffin Square, home to Burlington, Belk and Bealls.

Halpern also owns, leases, and manages Crossroads Business Park, a 33,475-square-foot shopping center next to North Griffin Square that includes Emory Rehabilitation Outpatient Center, and 75,500-square-foot Spalding Square.

Colliers’ Andrew Walker and Michael Lipton represented the tenant in the transaction.
