Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces that Texas Roadhouse has opened a new location on its Kingsland development site at 1502 Boone Street. Halpern’s Net Lease team completed a 10-year ground lease with the Kentucky-based casual restaurant company.
Founded in 1993, Texas Roadhouse operates more than 600 restaurants in 49 states and nearly 40 international locations.
Owned and developed by Halpern Enterprises, Kingsland is an ±8-acre development with an Express Oil Change Center and 5 acres available for lease, sale or development. The property is located across from a forthcoming new Publix and just off the last major I-95 south exit before the Florida/Georgia state line.
