Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has signed a 10-year lease with PNC Bank at Cheshire Square, a 98,399-square-foot retail property at 2345 Cheshire Bridge Road in Atlanta. PNC will remodel the 4,000-square-foot former Pancake House building and expects to open next fall.
“Cheshire Square offers a prime location for PNC with a thriving co-tenancy and exceptional visibility and access on Cheshire Bridge and Lavista Roads,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director John Brozovic.
Anchored by Publix, Cheshire Square is home to the historic Tara Theatre, one of Atlanta’s most popular art movie houses. Located near GA-400, between Buckhead and Midtown, the neighborhood center has been a popular spot for shopping, dining, and entertainment in the Lindridge-Martin Manor community since 1967. Tenants include Hajime Ramen & Bar, Rain Thai & Sushi Bar, The Atlanta Dance Academy, Big House Guitar, and Phenix Salon Suites.
Franklin Street’s Monetha Cobb represented the tenant in the transaction.
Cheshire Square is 99% leased with one 800-square-foot space remaining.
