Marshalls has opened at Indian Hills, a 128,730-square-foot shopping center northwest of Atlanta at 429 Hwy 53 East in Calhoun, Georgia. The new 23,000-square-foot store joins a new Ulta Beauty that opened in August, bringing the shopping center to 100% occupancy.
Indian Hills is co-anchored by Tractor Supply Co. and Ross. The center features national brands like Hibbett Sports, GNC, PT Solutions, and Cato. Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, and Captain D’s are located on separately owned outparcels at the front of the property.
Since acquiring Indian Hills in 2019, Halpern has brought Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Ross, Five Below, Mattress Firm, and The UPS Store to the center.
