Halpern Enterprises, Inc. announces it has executed a 10-year, 8,983-square-foot lease with Five Below and a 10-year, 7,800-square-foot lease with Ulta Beauty at North Griffin Square, a 237,094-square-foot shopping center at 1617 North Expressway in Griffin, Georgia. Both retailers are expected to open later this year.
“North Griffin Square offers Ulta and Five Below exceptional visibility and dynamic co-tenancy, while providing the community with access to top retail and restaurant brands,” said Halpern Regional Leasing Director Dan Gagne, who negotiated the leases.
North Griffin Square features a host of national retailers and restaurants, including Bealls, Belk, Burlington, LongHorn Steakhouse, Applebee’s and Starbucks. The center is strategically located at the busy intersection of GA-92 and US Hwy 19/4, across from Griffin Crossroads, also owned by Halpern. Griffin Crossroads is shadow-anchored by Walmart Supercenter and includes Marshall’s, PetSense, Hibbett Sports and Great Clips, among other local, regional and national tenants.
