Our build-to-suit team has completed a 6,000-square-foot Rack Room Shoes and 2,500-square-foot Stanton Optical at our Piedmont Marketplace shopping center in Greer, SC.

We’re confident in their ability to increase shopper traffic at the center.”
Rack Room Shoes opened August 15, 2019. The retailer commemorated the new store with a $2,500 donation to a local school through its Shoes That Fit campaign, which helps schools provide new shoes for children in need.
Stanton Optical is expected to open this fall, and a third build-to-suit project will bring Chili’s to the shopping center next spring.
Anchored by Kohl’s, Piedmont Marketplace is 100 percent leased by Ross, Ulta Beauty, Five Below and Tractor Supply. The property recently completed a $9.5 million renovation that involved rebuilding and retrofitting more than 40,000 square feet of space.
