Halpern Enterprises announced the grand opening of the Belmont Physicians Center anchored by Emory Healthcare. This 30,000-square-foot Class “A” Medical Office Building is in Belmont, Smyrna’s 48-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Windy Hill and Atlanta roads.

Emory Healthcare occupies the entire bottom floor of the building and provides a full range of primary care services, with focus on patients from ages five to adult.

The building is also the new home to Gentle Care Dentistry, Cobb Pediatric Associates and Smyrna Pediatric Dentistry.
Cobb Pediatric Associates provides care for young patients and the two dental practices meet the needs of patients from children to adults.

The two-story building was designed by Lyman Davidson Dooley Architects and constructed by Benning Construction.

Belmont mixed-use development to add second phase of retail and single family housing

ATLANTA (October 16, 2017) – Halpern Enterprises is excited to announce the forthcoming second phase of its Belmont mixed-use development. Phase II will feature the addition of 59 new single-family homes and new retail and restaurant space.

The new retail space will expand under The Shops at Belmont brand, adding 12,000 SF to the existing 27,000 SF of establishments like Creatwood Tavern and Allure Nails & Spa.
David Weekley Homes will develop the detached single-family townhouses on the northwest corner of Atlanta Road and Belmont Boulevard. The builder is responsible for the Village at Belmont single-family homes currently under construction at Belmont.

In addition to The Shops at Belmont, the new additions will join the Belmont Physicians Center, a 30,000 SF medical office building anchored by Emory Healthcare opening in October; luxury apartment homes 400 Belmont; Smyrna Elementary School; and Village of Belmont, townhomes also developed by David Weekley Homes.

The new shops are in the pre-leasing phase and will open in Spring 2018. Belmont Phase II is looking for an eclectic mix of regional and local retailers and service brands to complement its tenant mix. Belmont Physicians Center to open with Emory Healthcare as anchor tenant

ATLANTA (March 14, 2017) – Halpern Enterprises is excited to announce the new Belmont Physicians Center, anchored by Emory Healthcare.

Emory at Belmont will offer primary care services, enabling current Emory Healthcare patients and others who live in and around the Smyrna and Cobb County areas to receive Emory’s primary care services closer to home.

The 15,000-square-foot Emory clinic will include 24 exam rooms. The location is expected to add X-ray capabilities, making imaging services more convenient for patients.

Emory at Belmont is the newest addition to the Emory Healthcare Network. It is slated to open in late 2017.

The Belmont Physicians Center is conveniently located at 1060 Windy Hill Road at Belmont, the premier mixed-use development in Smyrna, Ga.

The new medical center will be adjacent to The Shops at Belmont, a unique mix of restaurants, retailers, and service-oriented businesses. The building boasts 31,500 square feet of class “A” space and will open this fall.
