Market Research Analyst
In his role as market researcher, Jarrod conducts comprehensive research and analyses on retailers, land sites, and market activity and trends to create detailed strategy maps, demographic reports, and leasing and development packages that support Halpern’s leasing and development efforts.
For more than nine years, Jarrod has worked with brokers on leasing and sales of new developments, outparcel sales, tenant representation, broker opinion of value reports and area/corridor improvement studies. As an independent GIS mapping and research consultant, Jarrod worked with national brands, including Planet Fitness, Krispy Kreme and Darden Restaurants.
Jarrod graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
